It had been a while since I’d killed the fucker on the beach, and my knuckles were now healed. I admired each scar that decorated my flesh; they showed my dedication and allegiance to the Brotherhood. A vow I took seriously.

I’d made my way to the Club House and scanned my ring to unlock the door.

“Hey Steele,” Frankie said as she glanced up from her book

I closed the door behind me. “Hey, you’re back. Have the boys come to interrogate our little friend yet?” I headed behind the bar and poured myself a shot of vodka.

Frankie shook her head. “Nope. Just me here all day hiding out.”

“You should let Peyton know you’re back. I think she’s been looking for you.” I threw back the vodka and put the glass in the dishwasher.

“Gone soft on us, have you,” Frankie laughed.

“Fuck off. I don’t do soft.”

“That girl has changed all of you. Plus, I’ve already texted her.” She winked before she went back to reading her book.

I headed straight for the hall and descended down the stairs to where we kept our subjects. I unlocked the heavy door and entered the brightly lit underground room. The stench of piss hit me with force, and I knew I’d be down here cleaning up for a while. The bleach would soon eradicate any lingering smells.

I eyed my obedient little friend, slumped in the chair, with his head forward. I strode toward him and kicked his legs. No response.

Fuck.

I was only meant to punish him, not leave him here to die. I pressed my fingers to the side of his throat to check for any signs of a pulse. Nothing. His flesh was cold, but he still had good skin color, so he must have only died a few hours ago. St. Ivy wouldn’t miss the little fucker and his traitorous ways. What was another dead student in the scheme of things?

At least I’d got some of the answers I’d needed. The fucker confessed to taping Colt & Peyton in the stationery room, hacking my Insta account, and posting the GIF. But the little bastard was not a snitch. He didn’t let up on who the fuck put him up to it and the reason why.

I’d called in the Bonesman to come to dispose of his body. This was part of their job in the Brotherhood. To do most of the dirty work and dispose of bodies. I began the clean-up when Tyler and Hawke arrived.

“Dude, need some help?” Tyler grabbed some gloves.

“Thanks, man. This guy pissed fucking everywhere.”

Hawke grabbed the mop and bucket and began filling it with scalding hot water. “So, have we thought about the party yet?” He glanced around the room, and I could tell he had evil thoughts circling in his head.

“What have you got in mind?” I asked as I poured fresh bleach on the tiles.

“We hold it at the Boneyard.” He turned the tap off and strode toward me.

“Selected invited guests only. I like your thinking.” I nodded in agreement.
